On May 09, The opening ceremony start with the host of Prof. Napong Panitantum (CASS Thailand Chapter Chair, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand). With the introduction of host, Prof. Amara AMARA ( IEEE CASS Past President, Hangzhou International Innovation Institute, Beihang University, China; National Key Laboratory on Spintronics) made an opening remarks.

As the local expert and IEEE CASS Past President, Prof. Napong Panitantum ( IEEE CASS Past President, IT Manager at Silicon Craft Technology PLC, Thailand) sincerely welcome all participants around the world to Bangkok for ICCSS 2026.

For ICCSS 2026, we've invted Prof. Andrei Vladimirescu (IEEE Fellow, University of California at Berkeley, USA); Prof. Chua-Chin Wang (Chair of IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CAS-S), Tainan Chapter) to delivered Keynote speeches.

Besides, Prof. Prof. Yongfu Li (Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China), Dr. Philippe Royannez (Intel Mobile Communication, Singapore), Assoc. Prof. Sylvain Eimer (Beihang University, China), Assoc. Prof. Tao Liang (Xi’an Jiaotong University, China) and Assoc. Prof. Song-Kyoo (Amang) Kim (Macao Polytechnic University, Macao, China) deliver the different invited speeches seperately.
